Mr. Miller is a founding member of Miller & Lee LLP. He has more than 20 years of legal experience. He represents a wide array of clients from international and national companies to individuals. His principal focus is litigation. However he has a wide breath of practice areas, including self storage law, construction litigation, and hotel and hospitality law. In addition to litigating all types of civil and commercial cases, he is skilled at drafting and negotiating business contracts, construction agreements, and self storage agreements. Mr. Miller has tried, arbitrated and mediated cases in all forums. He is also an accomplished appellate attorney, having prepared more than 100 appellate briefs.
